What is included in a clean?
Your cleaner will concentrate on common areas that experience the most use like kitchens, bathrooms and living areas (unless otherwise directed).
You can be as specific or general as you like, and unless your property is particular unique, or you have things that you would like done in addition to a vacuum, mop, dust and cleaning of the above areas, then just let us, or your cleaner know.
Our cleaners have significant experience cleaning a huge number of property types throughout the coast. For example, the flats in the Linskill area and opposite the golf club tend to have a similar layout, as do larger properties on Hotspur Street or Percy Gardens in Tynemouth.
Do you do ironing and windows?
Yes absolutely. Just leave out whatever you need doing and your cleaner will work through it all, or to a specific amount of time. People often tend to have windows done on a rotational basis so feel free to arrange that with either you cleaner or us.
As with any of these tasks, since your visits are always timed and GPS tracked, you only ever pay for the amount of time spent, giving you complete flexibility and the most cost effective solution.
