About our services in Coventry

Cleanily can provide you with a full range of house cleaning services including ironing and laundry. We only work with home cleaning experts, many of whom have over 10 years experience of cleaning properties throughout the Coventry and Nuneaton areas.

How do I book someone?

Everything with Cleanily is easy. For example, unlike many other cleaning companies, there is no need to visit your property and give a quote. We charge a simple hourly rate of £13.50 per hour. We also don’t tie you into a minimum number of bookings, contract or long notice policy (24 hours).

So all you need to do is fill in our form to request a call back, or give us a call to discuss your requirements and find our a bit more info.

How do payments work?

Again, very easily. You don’t need to worry about leaving cash or setting up direct debits. We have an online payment system which is set up via a link you’ll receive in your booking confirmation. Then, for any week in which you have a visit, we’ll process an automatic payment and simultaneously email you a receipt. Obviously if you don’t have a clean, then there’s no charge.

I’ll be out at work, how does my cleaner gain access, and how do I know how long they’re actually spending at my property?

Letting in your housekeeping specialist can be done by leaving a key in a secure place, though meeting your cleaner if possible is always nice. We are fully insured to hold a spare key and have a key tracking system in place. Alternatively, your cleaner can post it back through following each visit.

In terms of the number of hours spent, we time and GPS track all jobs so that you always know exactly how long your cleaning professional has spent. This allows us to provide you with the most cost effective service possible. For example, if it transpires that you need a little less or more time (only by your consent), then that’s exactly what you’ll pay for.

This is often useful if you want to add a bit of ironing and/or laundry. Ironing baskets tend to vary week to week so if one week there’s only 15 minutes worth, then that that’s all you’ll pay for.

What can I expect to be cleaned during a weekly or fortnightly appointment?

Most people tend to want a general vacuum, mop and dust of rooms that are most frequently used. Since all of our cleaners in Coventry are very experienced, they can easily work on their own initiative. However, please feel free to be as detailed as you like and direct them as you see fit.
